How we work
Fee-only. Our only compensation is the advisory fee our clients pay us directly. We receive no commissions, no revenue sharing, no referral payments, and no compensation of any kind from anyone other than our clients.
Non-discretionary. We make recommendations; the client decides. Every purchase or sale requires the client's prior approval, and the client directs execution through their own custodian.
Non-custodial. Client assets remain at a custodian or broker-dealer the client chooses, held in the client's own name. We never take possession of client funds or securities, never accept trading authority, and never accept a client's account login credentials.
Investing in securities involves risk of loss that clients should be prepared to bear, including market risk and issuer-specific risk. No investment strategy guarantees a profit or protects against loss. Past performance does not indicate future results. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific result or level of performance.
